Director Declaration
SIG plc announces that Jonathan Nicholls, a Non-Executive Director, is to be appointed a Non-Executive Director of Shaftsbury PLC with effect from 1 September 2016 and Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 October 2016.
Jonathan Nicholls will also retire as a Non-Executive Director of Great Portland Estates plc on 7 July 2016.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
