Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons
SIG plc ("SIG" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 1 September 2020 that its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had sold 450,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and then immediately re-purchased 447,150 ordinary shares via his ISA. The balance of 2,850 shares were sold to meet dealing costs, including stamp duty. Prior to these transactions, Mr Francis was beneficially interested in 500,000 ordinary shares in SIG and, following these transactions, Mr Francis is beneficially interested in 497,150 SIG shares.
SIG plc further announces that it was notified on 2 September 2020 that its Chairman, Andrew Allner, and his wife, Susan Allner, had each sold 59,600 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and each then immediately re-purchased 59,000 ordinary shares via their respective ISAs. The balance of 1,200 shares (in aggregate) were sold to meet dealing costs, including stamp duty. Prior to these transactions, Mr Allner was beneficially interested in 200,000 ordinary shares in SIG and, following these transactions, Mr Allner is beneficially interested in 198,800 SIG shares.
