The Company announces that it was notified on 11 November 2021 that the spouse
of its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had sold 81,500 ordinary shares
in the capital of the Company and that Mr Francis had immediately purchased
81,500 ordinary shares via his ISA. Prior to these transactions, Mr Francis
was beneficially interested in 815,769 ordinary shares in SIG and, following
these transactions, Mr Francis remains beneficially interested in 815,769
ordinary shares in SIG.
