Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial

The Company announces that it was notified on 12 April 2022 that Non-Executive
Director, Shatish Dasani, had on 12 April 2022 purchased 50,000 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Dasani had
a beneficial interest in SIG of 150,000 ordinary shares and, following this
transaction, Mr Dasani's beneficial interest is now 200,000 ordinary shares in
SIG.
