Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

 

The Company announces that it was notified on 11 March 2025 that Non-Executive
Director, Ms Kath Durrant, had on 11 March 2025 purchased 92,518 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Ms Durrant
had a beneficial interest in SIG of 100,774 ordinary shares and, following
this transaction, Ms Durrant's beneficial interest is now 193,292 ordinary
shares in SIG.

 

This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with
