Retirement of Group Finance Director and announcement of successor
Further to the announcement made on 11 October 2016, SIG plc confirms that Doug Robertson will retire as a Director of the Board on 31 January 2017 and will leave the Group on 28 February 2017, following a handover period.
Doug will be succeeded by Nick Maddock, who will be joining the Group on 23 January 2017, and will be appointed as a Director of the Board on 1 February 2017.
