** Shares of India's Sigma Advanced Systems SIGD.NS rise 5% to 692.70 rupees
** Aerospace and defence precision engineering co says it secured a further long-term agreement worth nearly £125 million  ($170.31 million) with Rolls-Royce Aerospace UK through recently acquired subsidiary Bromford Precision Solutions
** Adds Bromford will manufacture aero-engine rings, casings, lock plates and other critical engine structures at Sigma's India and UK facilities
** Stock more than triples YTD
