** Shares of Sigma Healthcare  SIG.AX  rise as much as 4.9%
to A$1.275, set for their best day since Feb 2, if gains hold   
    ** The pharmaceutical distributor says full-year net profit
rose 149% to A$4.5 mln ($2.98 mln) 
    ** Co declared a final dividend of 0.5 Australian cents per
share
    ** Sigma stock up 20.9% YTD, as of last close
