** India's Ambuja Cements ABUJ.NS said that it has
acquired Penna Cement Industries PENC.NS for an enterprise

** Contract manufacturer Future Pak said it has raised
the cash portion of its buyout offer as part of a final attempt

** Australia's competition regulator flagged major concerns
with Sigma Healthcare's SIG.AX proposed merger with retailer
Chemist Warehouse Group to form a A$8.8 billion ($5.9 billion)

** Australia's Qantas Airways QAN.AX said it will acquire
the remaining 49% stake in online travel business TripADeal for

** Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) 6758.T has acquired
U.S. cinema chain Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, the companies said on
