** U.S.-listed shares of Sigma Lithium SGML.N fall 9.9% to $11.16 premarket
** Brazilian court ordered suspension of environmental licenses and mining activities at miner's Grota do Cirilo mine
** Judge ruled on Friday that co's project was within the direct area of influence of the Bau Quilombola community
** SGML said it would begin its legal defense on Tuesday, and operations remain unaffected 
** Grota do Cirilo is Sigma's only productive asset
** As of last close, SGML stock down 6% YTD
