 * On October 31, 2014, entered into third amended and restated credit agreement with co and Wells Fargo bank, national association 
 * Agreement extends the term of the company's senior credit facility to October 31, 2017 - SEC filing 
 * Agreement allows company to borrow, on a revolving basis, an amount up to the lesser of $30 million and the borrowing base 
 * In addition, on December 8,co executed certain second amended and restated promissory note with a principal sum up to $2.9 million
