** SLXN says it is raising $5 mln through a public offering
** Public offering price is $1.35/share; 13.5% discount to
the stock's last close
** Company plans to sue the proceeds to advance pre-clinical
studies and for general corporate purposes
** H.C. Wainwright & Co. is the exclusive placement agent
for the offering
** SLXN fell 88.3% in 2024 since its Nasdaq debut on Aug.
