** Shares of drug developer Silexion Therapeutics SLXN.O rise 241.4% to $14.99 premarket

** Company says its experimental therapy, SIL20, reached major metastatic sites - including the liver, peritoneum, and lungs - which are common areas where pancreatic cancer spreads in a preclinical study

** Company says the therapy showed statistically significant reduction in tumor burden

** The liver, the most common site of metastasis, also showed measurable improvement in preclinical study - SLXN

** Silexion on track to begin further trials in the first half of 2026

** Company plans regulatory submissions in Q4 2025 and Q1 2026

** Up to last close, stock down 85.1% YTD
