    Silgan, American Industrial to buy Trivium Packaging in $3.4 billion deal
    Oct 19 (Reuters) - Packaging provider Silgan Holdings SLGN.N and American Industrial Partners said on Monday they will buy European firm Trivium Packaging in a deal worth $3.4 billion, including debt.
