analysts' estimate of $0.82 per share 
    ** Posts Q4 Net sales of $1.4 bln, in line with market
expectations
    ** Co says Q4 net sales increased as result of acquisition
of Weener Packaging
    ** Expects annual adj profit of $4.00-$4.20 per share vs
expectations of $4.13 per share, as per LSEG data
    ** Sees Q1 2025 organic volume growth in low to mid-single
digit
    ** Says 2025 free cash flow to be about $450 mln, up 15%
    ** Shares rose ~15.03% in 2024
