Silo Pharma rises on licensing deal for intra-nasal spray technology

** Shares of drug developer Silo Pharma  SILO.O  rise nearly
7% to $1.74 before the bell
    ** Co announces a new exclusive license agreement with
medical technology manufacturer Medspray Pharma BV for its
proprietary patented nasal spray technology
    ** Co obtains exclusive rights to the Medspray's technology
for use with multiple indications including post-traumatic
stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety, as well as Alzheimer’s
disease and anorexia
     ** The intra-nasal technology will also be used for the
delivery of SILO's post-traumatic stress disorder drug SPC-15 
    ** Stock down 51% YTD, as of last close
