Silver miners drop as precious metal prices ease

** Shares of silver miners fall, tracking a decline in the metal's prices; spot silver XAG= down 1.2% GOL/
** Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, Endeavour Silver EDR.TO and     First Majestic AG.TO fall between 3.3% and 4.3%
** Separately, First Majestic suspends its NAFTA arbitration against Mexico over a legacy tax dispute
** US-listed shares of silver miner Hecla Mining HL.N down 2.6%
** So far this year XAG= down up 16.3% YTD
