    ** Co after market on Wednesday reported Q4 adjusted EPS of

    ** SAMG said its institutional business benefited from
strong investment returns and it continues to see opportunities
for robust growth 
    ** Revenue rose ~19% to $33.8 mln in qtr
    ** Including session's gain, shares up ~3.6% YTD
