Crypto stocks gain tracking higher bitcoin prices

Oct 20 (Reuters) -    ** Shares of cryptocurrency and
blockchain-related companies rise premarket as bitcoin rises for
second session
    ** Bitcoin  BTC=BTSP , the world's biggest cryptocurrency,
up 3.64% at $29,762, while Ether  ETH=BTSP  rises 2.8% to
$1,612.5
    ** Crypto exchange Coinbase Global  COIN.O  rises 3.6%,
while U.S.-listed shares of Blockchain farm operator Bitfarms
Ltd  BITF.O  adds 8.1%
    ** Crypto miners: Riot Platforms Inc  RIOT.O  Marathon
Digital  MARA.O , U.S.-listed shares of Hut 8 Mining  HUT.O ,
Bit Digital  BTBT.O  up between 5.5% and 7.2%
    ** Software firm and BTC buyer MicroStrategy  MSTR.O  gain
4%
    ** BTC mining machine maker Canaan Inc  CAN.O  rises 4.7%
    ** ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF  BITO.P  adds 3.5%
    ** Up to Thursday's close, BTC up nearly 80% YTD compared
with a 38.8% increase in the MVIS CryptoCompare Digital Assets
100 Index  .MVDA
