** Shares of software maker  SIS.AX  rise as much as 8% to
A$0.027, eyeing their best day since Oct. 13
    ** Says overall Q3 Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) up 3.7%
vs. prior quarter to A$1.17 mln ($870,363.00) 
    ** Adds Simble Energy division Q3 ARR also rises 10% vs Q2

    ** More than 1.6 mln shares exchanged hands vs their 30-day
moving avg of 330,000 shares; sees busiest day since July 28
    ** Stock down 19.4% this year, as of last close
