    ** Software company says it successfully completed A$1.56
mln ($1.10 mln) placement to professional and sophisticated
investors 
    ** Placement price of A$0.01 per share represents a 16.7%
discount to Simble's closing price of A$0.012 on Jan. 27
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since Oct. 18,
2022
    ** More than 4.4 mln shares change hands, almost six times
the 30-day average volume 
    ** Stock down 7.7% this year, as of last close
