Carbon offset software maker Simble Solutions rises on new deals

** Shares of Simble Solutions Ltd  SIS.AX  rise as much as
9.1% to A$0.012, their biggest intraday pct gain since Nov. 25
    ** Carbon emissions measurement software maker says it
secured new customer agreements with smart meter network
provider Intellihub Australia, public infrastructure developer
Plenary Group, and engineering firm Frazer Walker
    ** Co also enters into deals with two carbon offset
platforms, BetaCarbon and CEEZER
    ** Says minimum committed annual recurring revenue of the
contracts is A$70,000 ($46,676.00)
    ** More than 2.1 mln shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 572,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 47.6% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.4997 Australian dollars)
