Deutsche Boerse offers $4.3 bln to buy Denmark's SimCorp
HELSINKI, April 27 (Reuters) - Deutsche Boerse DB1Gn.DE has made a 29 billion Danish crowns ($4.30 billion) takeover offer for Danish financial software company SimCorp SIM.CO , the companies said in a joint statement on Thursday.
