("SAE", the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")
 Annual General Meeting
Atlantis announces that a Notice has been sent to shareholders to convene the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
The AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. (London time) on 18 August 2021. In light of the continued UK and Singapore Government guidance in relation to the Covid-19 outbreak this year's meeting will take place as a closed meeting by electronic means and shareholders will not be able to attend in person.  Shareholders are encouraged to vote using the methods set out in the Notice.
A pre-recorded CEO presentation will be made available to shareholders shortly after the AGM. The submission of questions to the Chairman in advance of the meeting can be made through our website at Contact Us (https://simecatlantis.com/investors/contact/). The AGM Notice has also been made available on the Company's website at www.simecatlantis.com.
