 SIO.AX  surge as much as 7.7% to A$0.49, their best intraday
session since Sept 3
    ** SIO sells units House of Learning Pty Ltd and City-Wide
Building & Training Services Pty Ltd to private education
provider UP Education Australia Pty Ltd for A$10.3 mln($7.42

    ** Co's units provide accredited vocational education and
training courses in building and construction and associated
leadership and management courses
    ** Expects deal to be completed by Q2 of FY22
