Adds Global Eggs, BP, Blackstone, New Fortress Energy

March 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

** Global Eggs, a company controlled by Brazilian entrepreneur Ricardo Faria, has agreed to buy U.S. egg producer Hillandale Farms for $1.1 billion, Faria told Reuters.nL2N3QA0F1

** BP BP.L said it plans to sell its mobility and convenience business in Austria. nL3N3QA0ZI

** The owner of London's landmark "Can of Ham" building has  rejected a higher offer from Blackstone BX.N of about 330 million pounds ($426.92 million) for the property, with Nuveen betting on an improving appetite for European real estate assets, a source close to the matter said. nL3N3Q91H7

** Liquefied natural gas infrastructure provider New Fortress Energy NFE.O said on Thursday it would sell its assets and operations in Jamaica to Excelerate Energy EE.N for about $1.06 billion. nL3N3QA0VG

** British investment platform AJ Bell AJBA.L said it would sell its personal and occupational pension schemes business to InvestAcc Group for up to 25 million pounds ($32.3 million), to focus on its core business. nL6N3QA0CE

** UK's Warehouse REIT WHRW.L said it could recommend Blackstone's BX.N 489 million-pound ($631.5 million) final all-cash takeover proposal if the asset manager comes up with a firm offer. nL3N3QA0KN

** An entity controlled by Indonesia's Widjaja family said it had offered to buy Singapore-listed Sinarmas Land SINA.SI, valuing the property firm at S$1.32 billion ($986.3 million). nL3N3QA0I5

** Private equity firm KKR KKR.N is nearing a deal to acquire Japanese medical gear maker Topcon 7732.T, according to people familiar with the matter, marking the latest sign of increased leveraged buyout activity in Japan. nL2N3QA043

** China-based Ninestar Corp 002180.SZ plans to sell printer and printing software maker Lexmark International II to Xerox XRX.O in a deal estimated at up to $150 million, a fraction of the price Xerox disclosed in December. nL2N3Q90GN

** U.S. property data group CoStar CSGP.O raised its acquisition bid for Domain Holdings DHG.AX, Australia's second-largest real estate classifieds company, with the revised deal now valued at A$2.80 billion ($1.76 billion). nL3N3Q91R7
