Singapore-listed Sinarmas Land gets $986 million takeover offer from Widjaja family
March 27 (Reuters) - An entity controlled by Indonesia's Widjaja family said on Thursday it had offered to buy Singapore-listed Sinarmas Land SINA.SI, valuing the property firm at S$1.32 billion ($986.3 million).
