    * Qtrly net profit attributable S$28.5 million versus 
S$31.4 
million 
    * Q2 revenue S$354.687 million versus S$321.733 million 
    * For Q2, board declared an interim dividend of 0.5 cent per 
ordinary share (tax exempt one-tier) 
    * Capital expenditure for FY2017/18 is expected to be lower 
than 
FY2016/17, as majority of development projects had been 
completed 
    * Decline in domestic letter mail volumes is expected to 
continue
