Singapore Post to divest Australia business for enterprise value of $664 million

Dec 2 (Reuters) - Singapore Post SPOS.SI said on Monday it will divest its Australia business to private equity firm Pacific Equity Partners for an enterprise value of A$1.02 billion ($664.1 million).
