Singtel and KKR consortium to buy remaining stake in STT GDC for $5.2 billion

Feb 4 (Reuters) - Singapore Telecommunications STEL.SI said on Wednesday that a consortium it is part of with private equity firm KKR KKR.N will acquire an 81.7% stake in Temasek Holdings' [RIC:RIC:TEM.UL] data centre business for S$6.6 billion ($5.20 billion).
