** Shares of Singular Health Group  SHG.AX  drop as much as
39.1% to A$0.056, their lowest level on record 
    ** Stock also records worst ever intraday pct drop 
    ** Says it will raise A$1.05 million via a placement to
private and sophisticated investors at A$0.055 per share plus
free options 
    ** Issue price of A$0.055 is at a 40.2% discount to the
shares' last closing price of A$0.092 on Thursday 
    ** Trading volumes nearly 10x the 30-day average 
    ** As of last close, shares down 20% YTD
