8.1% to 685 rupees, their highest since Jan. 3
    ** Stock marks its sharpest intraday pct gain since Jan. 23
    ** Co says that it will consider proposal for issue of bonus
shares
    ** Stock rises above its 100-day moving average, continues
to stay above its 200-day avg since July 15, 2022
    ** Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) line above
the signal line since March 20, suggesting bullish momentum
    ** Stock marks its most active session since Dec. 14, 2022;
about 178,000 shares change hands by 11:48 a.m. IST
    ** Stock last up 4.5%, cutting YTD losses to 1.4%
