Admission of New Shares
 
 
Further to the announcement on 6 March 2019 of the proposed transfer of 86,800 ordinary shares of no par value from the Sirius Real Estate Employee Benefits Trust (the "EBT") and the issue of 1,061,066 new ordinary shares of no par value (the "Shares") following the awards granted to 106 participants under the Sirius Real Estate Limited Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 (the "2015 LTIP), the Company can confirm that the transfer of Shares from the EBT has been successfully completed. In addition, the new Shares have been successfully issued and admitted to the main market of the London Stock Exchange Plc and will be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and have been issued and admitted to trading on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
 
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,022,140,875. There are no shares held in Treasury.
