Sirius Real Estate announces that its registered office address has changed
with immediate effect to Plaza House, Fifth Floor, Admiral Park, St Peter
Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HU, Channel Islands.

The head office of Sirius Facilities GmbH remains unchanged at Eichhornstraße
3, 10785 Berlin, Germany while the head office of BizSpace is located at 1-4
Pall Mall East, London SW1Y 5AU.
