Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany was notified on 28 October 2016 that Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Sirius, has entered into a personal loan arrangement with Investec Bank Plc ("Investec Bank") and granted pledges in favour of Investec Bank over 2,603,065 ordinary shares in the Company as security in connection with a loan. The loan is to support the purchase of a personal residence in the UK. The transaction took place on 28 October 2016.
Andrew Coombs' beneficial interests remain unchanged at 4,331,852 ordinary shares representing 0.51% of the issued ordinary share capital.
