Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 28 March 2017 that, Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer, on 27 March 2017, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53.7 pence per share in his own name and 9,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.5 pence per share, in his SIPP. 
Also on 27 March 2017, Andrew Coombs sold 45,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.5 pence per share.
Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Andrew Coombs in the Company increased to 4,445,653 shares, representing approximately 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
