Notification and public disclosure of transactions by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Sirius Real Estate announces that awards granted under the Sirius Real Estate
Limited Senior Share Incentive Plan 2019 (the "SSIP 19"), vested in full on 14
March 2022 at a share price of £1.22 and two PDMRs have notified the Company
today that they have exercised their awards.
Mr Tobias Schorstädt has exercised his award of 102,946 shares and received
60,040 (net) ordinary shares of no par value in the Company and Mr Andreas
Schlesinger has exercised his award of 61,767 shares and will receive 34,398
(net) ordinary shares of no par value in the Company. 42,906 and 27,369 shares
have been withheld in settlement of Messrs Schorstädt and Schlesinger's
respective tax liabilities arising in respect of the vesting of the awards.
