Sirius Real Estate announces that awards granted under the Sirius Real Estate
Limited Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP"), vested in full on 21 June 2022 and Mr
Alistair Marks has exercised his award and will receive 71,628 ordinary shares
of no par value in the Company, following the withholding of 58,606 shares in
settlement of Mr Alistair Marks' tax liabilities arising in respect of the
vesting of the awards.
