Notification and public disclosure of transactions by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Sirius Real Estate announces that awards granted under the Sirius Real Estate
Limited Senior Share Incentive Plan 2021 (the "SSIP 21"), vested on 29 July
2024 at a share price of £0.9480 to 43 participants in respect of 2,103,056
ordinary shares of no par value in the Company. The awards were exercised on
29 July 2024, following which the requisite tax directives were obtained.
Three PDMRs have notified the Company today that they have exercised their
awards following which the requisite tax directives were obtained.
1,256,867 shares are now due to be delivered by the Sirius Real Estate Limited
Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy these awards and a further 846,189 shares
have been withheld in partial settlement of certain participants' tax
liabilities arising in respect of the vesting of the awards.
