Responsibilities ("PDMR") and by a person closely associated ("PCA")

Notification and public disclosure of a transaction by a PDMR and a PCA with a
PDMR.

Notification of dealing forms

On 14 February 2025, the Company was notified of the following transfer of
ordinary shares in the Company by Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of
the Company, to The JJC Trust (the "Trust"), a family trust and accordingly a
Person Closely Associated with Andrew Coombs.  Mr Coombs has no beneficial
interest in the Trust but is a trustee of it.

                                                                    Company's issued share capital.
