Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill May as Independent Non-executive Director, with effect from today.
Jill has had 24 years' experience in investment banking, 13 years in M&A with SG Warburg and 11 yearsas a Managing Directorat UBS, where she was responsible for Cross Business Strategy. She is a Non-executive Director of JP Morgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc and RufferInvestment Company. She is a Panel Member of the Competition and Markets Authority and a non-executive Director of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).
Commenting on her appointment, Andrew Coombs, CEO of Sirius Real Estate, said "We are delighted to welcome Jill, she brings significant financial and capital markets experience and we are confident that she will be a strong addition to our Board."
No further disclosures are required under LR 9.6.14 with respect to this appointment, and together with her 'persons closely associated' Jill currently has no beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of no par value.
