Sirius Real Estate announces that at the Annual General Meeting (the
"Meeting") held yesterday, Monday, 10 July 2023, all resolutions were duly
passed.
The result of the vote on each resolution is shown below:

Note:
*The total number of shares in issue as at the date of the Meeting was
1,177,722,985, of which zero were treasury shares.
In accordance with provision 4 of Section 1 of the UK Corporate Governance
Code 2018
(the "UK Code"), the Company notes the votes cast against Resolution 16 were
greater than 20% of those exercised in total by the Company's shareholders.
The Board has been engaging with shareholders in respect of Resolution 16 in
the lead up to the Meeting and has a good understanding of the concerns of
some of Sirius' major shareholders. It is, however, the intention to
extend the consultation process and report to shareholders in line with the
requirements of the UK Code.
The Company extends an invitation to shareholders to engage with the Company.
Should shareholders wish to contact the Company with any concerns, they are
requested to send their concerns in writing to the Company Secretary at
cosec@sirius-real-estate.com, by not later than close of business on Monday,
31 July 2023. Sirius will address those concerns in its consultation process
identified above.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 of the Financial Conduct Authority's
Listing Rules, copies of the resolutions passed as special business will be
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection.
