** Shares of SiteMinder  SDR.AX  rise as much as 4.5% to
A$5.82, their highest level since March 14
    ** Hotel commerce platform posts third quarter annualised
recurring revenue of A$187.6 million, up 24.8% year-on-year
    ** SDR expects underlying EBITDA to be profitable in second
half of FY24
    ** More than 361,900 shares traded, compared to 30-day avg
of 906,941 shares
    ** Stock up 8.6% this year, as of last close
