** Shares of Siteminder  SDR.AX  rise as much as 2.8% to
A$6.69, their biggest intraday pct jump since Oct 15
    ** The hotel booking services provider says its Q1 FY25 net
property additions are tracking ahead of last year's numbers  
    ** Co expects to be underlying EBITDA profitable and
underlying free cash flow positive in FY25
    ** Stock up nearly 27% YTD, as of last close
