** Australian technology stocks .AXIJ rise 2.1%

** Sub-index tracks Nasdaq's .IXIC advances on Friday as rising expectations of a December interest rate cut in the U.S. offset concerns over lofty tech valuations GLOB/MKTS

** Life360's Australia-listed shares 360.AX rise 6.5% to A$38.9, their highest since November 13; stock among top gainers on the benchmark index .AXJO, which is up more than 1%

** Among other sector constituents, Siteminder SDR.AX gains 6.1%, Megaport MP1.AX adds 3.7%, WiseTech Global WTC.AX up 1.5%

** AXIJ down 16.4%, YTD
