Sivota, the special opportunities investment vehicle focused on "under the
radar" Israeli technology-related companies, announces that the Company's
annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 30
August 2022 at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place,
London EC4M 7RD.
