SK Hynix explores global financing options for new fabs, may consider overseas investments SEOUL, June 29 (Reuters) - SK Hynix 000660.KS said on Monday it is exploring various financing options for its planned new chip facilities in South Korea, including partnerships with global companies, with specific funding methods to be determined as its investment plans progress.
The South Korean memory chip maker said it may also consider investing outside South Korea if locations meet its requirements, with future decisions to depend on market conditions and business feasibility.
