    SEOUL, June 15 (Reuters) - A union representing South Korean truck drivers tasked to transport concrete called off industrial action on Monday after reaching a deal to raise transport fees.
More than 65 percent of around 7,500 union members voted in favour of an agreement reached between the union and concrete makers, according to a union statement.  

    The two sides reached a tentative agreement under transport ministry mediation late on Sunday to raise fees by 4,200 won  ($2.77) per trip, or 5.5%, with the increase to be applied from July to February next year, local media reported.
    

        The work stoppage had threatened delays to major semiconductor projects, including Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix plant expansions.
