SYDNEY, April 23 (Reuters) - South Korea's SK Square
402340.KS has sold $191.5 million worth of Krafton Inc
259960.KS shares at 243,500 won each in a block trade,
according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter.
The sources could not be named because they were discussing
confidential information.
Shares in Krafton, the games developer, opened down 6% in
early trade on Tuesday, in line with the discount in the block
trade from their closing price on Monday.
SK Square and Krafton did not immediately respond to a
request for comment from Reuters.
