Oct 5 (Reuters) - NGex Resources Inc  NGQ.TO : 
 * Announces sale of its 49 percent interest in the GJ project 
 * Under terms , Skeena will acquire 100 percent of the GJ project 
 * Ngex and Teck Resources have entered into an agreement to sell their 
   respective interests in GJ copper-gold project 
 * Skeena will acquire GJ project for a total of $8.5 million, payable in 
   installments on deal close 
 * $4.0 million of deal price is payable in cash within 45 days of commercial 
   production from the gj property
